About the program

Okay, so here’s the deal. This program is for you if you’re ready to stop just doing workouts and actually train with intention. Not rushing. Not chasing sweat. Not doing random things and hoping they work — but lifting in a way that gives your body a real reason to change. It’s a 5-day split: 3 lower body days (because legs and glutes take time and attention) 2 upper body days to build strength in your arms, shoulders, back, and posture And there’s an optional full-body day for weeks when you want a little extra — or when being in the gym just feels good This is an advanced program, so yes, we push — but not in a chaotic way. It’s slow, controlled, intentional lifting. I want you to actually feel the muscle working instead of flying through reps just to be done. You can always adjust, modify, or slow things down when you need to — but the goal is effort with purpose. I usually tell women to pair this with 7–10k steps a day, broken up however works best for your life, and to keep nutrition simple and solid — protein first, enough fuel, and no perfection mindset required. What I love most about this program is that it builds more than just muscle. It builds confidence. Discipline. Trust in yourself. You show up, do the basics really well, and over time your body — and your mindset — start to change.     As a coach and trainer, I believe strength training is about so much more than aesthetics. It’s about discipline. Self-trust. Learning how to show up for yourself even when motivation is quiet. I don’t believe in chaos workouts, extremes, or chasing exhaustion. I believe in intentional movement, doing the basics really well, and letting consistency do what it does best. As a woman, a wife, an artist, and someone who’s walked through seasons of grief, rebuilding, and growth, I understand that health isn’t just about what happens in the gym. It’s about your nervous system, your mindset, your habits, and the way you talk to yourself on the hard days. That’s why my coaching style is calm, grounded, and encouraging — firm when needed, but always compassionate. I’ll push you, yes — but I’ll also remind you to slow down. To feel the muscle working. To lift with intention. To fuel your body instead of fighting it. To stop waiting for perfect conditions and start leading yourself where you are. If you train with me, expect structure without pressure, challenge without chaos, and support without judgment. I’ll teach you how to trust the process, stay consistent, and build confidence that carries far beyond the gym. Most of all, I want you to feel capable again. Strong again. Proud of yourself again.     Who are these workouts for?
    These workouts are for women who already have some lifting experience and are ready to level up. If you understand basic movements, feel comfortable in the gym, and are ready to challenge yourself with slower, more controlled reps and progressive overload, this program is for you. Modifications are always encouraged when needed.
    How will I get the best results?
    Lift with intention, not urgency. Focus on slow, controlled reps and feeling the muscle work. Pair the program with 7–10k daily steps, protein-first nutrition, adequate fuel, and good sleep. Most importantly, stay consistent — progress comes from doing the basics really well, over and over again. Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover

    You’ll need access to a gym or home gym with basic strength equipment (barbells, dumbbells, bands, bench), and a willingness to train with focus. You don’t need anything fancy — just the ability to show up, lift with intention, and stay consistent.
